Zaragoza!!

Hey everyone hope you are all having an amazing day!!  Thanks for all the emails and all of your support!!!  Zaragoza it sooo awesome!  Our branch has about 25 people on average coming to church each week!  We definitely have some room to improve haha!  Its super green here too so that's pretty sick!  Our apartment is super nice!  we can walk out and there is this huge patio type thing and its on the second floor so its a super cool view.  We use it to work out so that's been fun!  Huge step up from my house in Sabina haha!!

My new comp is super sick!  His name is Elder Leija and hes from San Luis Mexico!  Hes a cool kid and he looks like a Mexican version of logic if you know who that is haha! He likes to skateboard and play soccer so that's pretty sick! He is also the first Mexican Ive met who likes indie music haha so that's pretty sweet. Sometimes we argue about the dumbest stuff haha but I love the guy so much.  Hes been helping me with my Spanish a ton!!

We have one baptism date right now for next Saturday!!  His name is Esteban and he is such an awesome guy!  He had a problem with drinking and smoking but he gave it all up so he can be baptized!!  Super excited for him.

We gave talks in church yesterday!!  Its crazy to see how much progress Ive made in Spanish since the first time I Spoke!  I had to read it word for word my first time and yesterday I went in with a couple bullet points!!  The gift of tongues is so real!  I still have a ways to go but its so cool to see the progress each day!

I hope you guys have an amazing week!! Thanks for all the support and love!!  I want to challenge you guys to always remember to do the small and simple things.  Its something im always saying but its so important.  I have a strong testimony that making time for the little things can change our lives.  Every little prayer we say, every good choice we make, makes such a difference.  The simple things go so far, and they aren't so little after all.  There is a song called not so little by NIk Day that you all need to look up that talks about this exact thing!!  I love you guys and I hope you have a great week!!

Sorry no pics this week!  Trying to figure out how to hook my phone up to the computer.

Carry the spirit with you at all times! Hola hola everyone!  Super good week this week.  Gonna keep this email a little shorter cause I dont have a ton of time!  I'll just tell you guys all the important stuff! We have two baptisms  this Saturday !! I'm gonna be baptizing them!  Their names are Lisandro and Salvador.  Lisandro is 9, and Salvador is 13.  Lisandro reminds me of Scotty haha.  Lisandro is not quite as energetic but they have a similar personality.  They have a big family so hopefully we can get the rest of them baptized soon as well!  Oh and pray for me cause they have like 4 names and their full names take like 10 seconds to say, and I'm performing the baptisms haha.   Rufina and Jose are doing awesome!  We have a date set with them for the first Saturday of December!  Jose can barely walk, and he cant move the left side of his body very well, we gave him a blessing about two weeks ago, an...
The best week of my mission!!!!!!! Hello everyone!  I was super super nervous for this week, but it turned out being one of my favorite weeks in the mission so far!!  So my old companion Elder Lorenzo was made zone leader here in Neuva Rosita, it was sad to see him go but ill still talk to I'm all the time because he is my zone leader!!  My new comp is elder Diaz and he is from Argentina!!  He has four months in the mission, so we are both super new, but we are killing it!  This has forced me to learn my area really fast, and I realized I know my area a lot better than I thought.    This week I have realized, that my English is starting to go downhill haha!  Sometimes I forget how to say something. Or I don't know how to use the correct grammar!  Kinda crazy haha.  Now I don't know English or Spanish! sometimes ill be talking to another American missionary and I will start talking in Spanish without realizing it!...
UNA SEMANA MAS TERMINADA (Another week down) Hola everyone!! Everything is going well here in Sabinas!  We are working super hard and having success each day!  We got two more baptism dates!  Their names are Jose and Rufina!  I have a strong testimony that the lord truely does prepare people for us to teach. Things are also going really well with Gerardo, he is the one I'm teaching in English.  He can speak English because he used to be a drug dealer, (narco) and he drove back and forth from Mexico and the united states transporting drugs.  He truly has repented and he has such a strong testimony.  When I first started teaching him he reminded me of Joseph Smith.  He said, all these churches claim they have the truth but they all teach different things.  I explained that Joseph Smith had the exact same question, and I taught him about the restoration and Book of Mormon in English!  He is the only person I have met he...
