This week went by soooo fast i cant believe it.  The first week went by really slow, but now its picking up and its scary, cause I feel like I should know more spanish haha.  Now that I have been here a couple weeks the schedule is pretty much the same every day.  We wake up at  5:45 to work out, breakfast is at 7:15, then we go to class until lunch, then we go to class until dinner, then we study until its time to go back to our houses.  The days are long but the weeks go by really fast.  I have been wearing my glasses a lot lately and everyone says I look like Harry Potter lol.  Everyone also calls me the chemist cause im always using doterra haha.  Ive been having sooooo much fun here.  It's really hard learning a new language and being away from home, but I love it.

There is a lot of construction at the MTC right now, and there are construction workers everywhere.  My teacher thought it would be a good opportunity to place some book of Mormons.  They don't speak any English, and they aren't members so it was a great way to see what it was going to be like in the field.  Me and my comp were walking around and we saw this guy working on a lamp post.  We went up and started talking to him, his Spanish was sooo fast and it was really hard to understand him.  We got to know him a little bit, then I told him we wanted to talk to him about the book of Mormon.  He didn't know what it was, so in our broken Spanish, we explained that it was another testament of Jesus Christ, and that it was the word of God, and that it was one of the most important things in our lives, and that it was the keystone to our religion.  We read the introduction with him and shared Moroni 10:4-5 with him.  Then we bore our testimonies, and the spirit was so strong. I think he was tearing up a little.  He took it and started reading it a little bit with his friend before they got back to work.  So we placed our first book of Mormons before leaving the MTC haha.  It felt so good.

Me and my comp Elder Cebollero started a trend here at the MTC.  I had a tie that was really fat, so he decided he was gonna make it a skinny tie.  He whipped out his sewing kit, and cut about an inch of each side of the tie, then sewed it back together.  It actually looks really good!  We showed our zone leaders and they had a little sewing party in their house, they came up to us at breakfast and showed us their ties they had made skinny haha.  Now a bunch of Elders are attempting to make their ties skinnier its great. We are holding a class tonight and my comp is gonna show everyone how to do it.

I also want to bear my testimony to you guys that this truly is the one and only true church on the earth.  God sent his son Jesus Christ to suffer and die for us, so we could have a way to be forgiven of our sins, and return to our Father in heaven. This life here on earth isn't easy, it wasn't meant to be, it's a test to see if we wil rely on our brother Jesus Christ in everything we do.  When we are going through something hard, we can pass it off to Christ. He will take all of our burdens off our shoulders if we let him.  He will take care of us and carry us on his back.   He loves us more than we could possibly know.  I am so excited to share that message with the people of Saltillo who have been kept from the truth.  I can't wait to see the look on their faces when they realize they can have eternal life with their families, because of their brother Jesus Christ.

I love all of you.  If you wanna shoot me an email feel free.  I want to hear from you guys.

The best week of my mission!!!!!!! Hello everyone!  I was super super nervous for this week, but it turned out being one of my favorite weeks in the mission so far!!  So my old companion Elder Lorenzo was made zone leader here in Neuva Rosita, it was sad to see him go but ill still talk to I'm all the time because he is my zone leader!!  My new comp is elder Diaz and he is from Argentina!!  He has four months in the mission, so we are both super new, but we are killing it!  This has forced me to learn my area really fast, and I realized I know my area a lot better than I thought.    This week I have realized, that my English is starting to go downhill haha!  Sometimes I forget how to say something. Or I don't know how to use the correct grammar!  Kinda crazy haha.  Now I don't know English or Spanish! sometimes ill be talking to another American missionary and I will start talking in Spanish without realizing it!...

UNA SEMANA MAS TERMINADA (Another week down) Hola everyone!! Everything is going well here in Sabinas!  We are working super hard and having success each day!  We got two more baptism dates!  Their names are Jose and Rufina!  I have a strong testimony that the lord truely does prepare people for us to teach. Things are also going really well with Gerardo, he is the one I'm teaching in English.  He can speak English because he used to be a drug dealer, (narco) and he drove back and forth from Mexico and the united states transporting drugs.  He truly has repented and he has such a strong testimony.  When I first started teaching him he reminded me of Joseph Smith.  He said, all these churches claim they have the truth but they all teach different things.  I explained that Joseph Smith had the exact same question, and I taught him about the restoration and Book of Mormon in English!  He is the only person I have met he...
